Canyoneering - The Jug

The Jug is in awesome canyoneering spot behind Roosevelt Lake. We went in mid May and had a blast.   There are waterfalls to slide down and jump off. Narrows to walk through and swim through.  This is a gorgeous canyon.and the features make it a blast for everyone.  There is a technical rappel or cliff jump near the end that you have to be prepared for.  There are lots of sites that explain it in detail. I definitely recommend adding this to your bucket list
