Sedona - Devils Bridge
Devils Bridge in Sedona is a beautiful out and back hike with great red rock views and a gorgeous Devils Bridge at the end! I have done several of hikes in Sedona and this is by far my favorite of the Red Rock hikes, not including the West Oak Creek. The elevation change on the hike and the rock formations are beautiful.
There is a high clearance road that cuts about a mile off the hike in each direction. It is a rough road, but if you have a big enough vehicle and small kids it is nice to cut some distance off the hike. We went on the 4th of July 2019 and although it was a hot day it was not too bad if you go before mid day.
P.S. A lot of people spoke highly of the Fay Canyon Hike. If you plan to take the main hike that goes straight in, then plan for extra time to explore further up the canyon once the main trail stops. The main hike that goes straight in and stops at the rocks is not very interesting. You need to explore further in if you want it to be interesting. Another option is to take a small trail off to the right about two thirds of the way in that heads to the Fay Canyon Arch.
Fay Canyon past the end of the main trail.
